Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the ESPC Inspire Awards. By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
1.1 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of ESPC and any of their affiliates or partners are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
2.2 All entries must be received by the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
2.3 Participants may submit multiple nominees but may only nominate each nominee once – meaning that individuals have the ability to put forward multiple candidates or nominees for consideration. However, they can only endorse or nominate a particular candidate or nominee once.
3. Judging and Selection:
3.1 Entries will be judged based on criteria outlined for each category, such as creativity, originality, relevance, etc.
3.2 The judging panel will consist of judges selected by the Organizer. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
4. Prizes:
4.1 The prizes for the Competition will be as follows: Award trophies for each category winner.
5. Notification of Winners:
5.1 Finalist will be notified by email within one week of judging date. Winners will be notified on the Inspire stage on Thursday 30th at ESPC23.
6. Publicity:
6.1 By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Disqualification:
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur.
8.2 The Organiser is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or the use of any prizes.
9. Privacy:
9.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments and Termination:
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition at any time without notice. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not enter the Competition. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of participants to review them periodically
