Fortum is a large Finnish energy company with approximately 10,000 employees. I started working for the company last October and my responsibility is to set up a low-code center of excellence to support business lines and citizen developers in getting the most out of Power Platform.
By the time of this conference, I will have worked as the CoE Lead for about ten months. In my session I will walk you through the journey so far – where we started, what has been done, lessons learned, etc. I will also describe the plans for the future, what we will be doing next, and where we want to be in the coming years. What has the business gained from CoE so far?
