ESPC is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees, irrespective of their gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology preferences.
ESPC is open and welcoming to all, and we believe that improving diversity and inclusion should be a core value within the tech industry. Therefore, we are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion at ESPC23.
To help achieve this, we are offering 20 tickets to individuals who are early in their career development.
Apply for an Inclusivity Ticket
This year we are focusing on early career passes for young talent (<3 years in employment in tech).
We will focus on those who lack financial support for training and development.
These tickets are awarded based on a genuine need, in this case, a proof of early career - <3 years (LinkedIn profile) and a case for the need of financial support to attend.
All legitimate entries will be included in a draw and recipients will be chosen at random on Nov 6th and notified on Nov 10th.
Recipients of these tickets will receive complimentary access to the conference, with a limit of one ticket per person.
If you feel you may be a candidate for an ESPC Inclusivity Ticket then please apply below.
We are collaborating with organisations that are actively or newly involved in professional development, advocacy, and community-building for traditionally marginalised or underrepresented groups in tech.
Your company will be acknowledged on our website, social channels and at the event itself.
Sponsoring tickets provides an opportunity for you to increase visibility and brand recognition within the tech community and at the ESPC event.
Demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity can lead to a more diverse and innovative corporate culture, fostering creativity and problem-solving.
If you are interested in sponsoring an ESPC Inclusivity Ticket then please fill out the form below.
What’s Included with an Inclusivity Ticket: Inclusivity Tickets come with the same benefits as regular 4-day ESPC tickets, granting full access to the three conference days on November 28th-30th 2023, plus the pre-conference tutorial day on the 27th.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Rest assured, your claim of an Inclusivity Ticket will remain confidential unless you choose to disclose it. We do not share attendee purchase information. Of course, you are free to share your Inclusivity Ticket status as you see fit – anywhere from mentioning it to a fellow attendee to partaking in an interview with a sponsoring company.
Unable to Attend? Please Inform Us: If you find that you cannot attend ESPC, kindly notify us as soon as possible. This will enable us to release your Inclusivity Ticket for another deserving individual.
Help Us Spread the Word: We recognise the importance of reaching beyond our usual networks to enhance the diversity of the ESPC. Therefore, we encourage you to help us spread the word. Inform others about the availability of Inclusivity Tickets within your networks so we can extend this opportunity to as many people as possible. Even if you do not consider yourself part of an underrepresented group, your assistance in spreading the word is greatly appreciated.
As always, if you have questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
