Phil is a passionate technologist leading a global Architecture function at London Stock Exchange Group, jointly reporting to the Data and Analytics CIO and Group CTO. He works closely with senior business and technology leaders to drive product growth and transformation, leveraging his deep financial services and engineering backgrounds, influencing skills and partnership experience to deliver significant change programmes with innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Since 2022, Phil has been focused on LSEG’s strategic partnership with Microsoft, and as Chief Architect for LSEG’s next generation enterprise Data Platform, has been working in close collaboration with the Microsoft Fabric and Purview product and engineering teams to deliver a modern and transformational data experience for LSEG customers.
