Naomi Moneypenny leads the product team developing next generation experiences in employee engagement, knowledge management and search, as part of Microsoft Viva, SharePoint & Microsoft 365 more generally. Previously, she was Chief Technology Officer at ManyWorlds, where she led the research and development team for machine learning-based personalized knowledge and expertise discovery for enterprise collaboration systems.

She has been awarded more than 40 patents in the field of machine learning and anticipatory computing. Prior to ManyWorlds, Naomi led the technology forecasting process at Royal Dutch Shell.
