I am a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where I lead the development and delivery of Power Automate, a cloud-native workflow automation platform that empowers users to create and run automated workflows across applications and services. Prior to joining Microsoft, I was a Product Manager at MYCOM OSI, a leading provider of service assurance solutions for communications service providers and enterprises used by some of the largest telco provides in the world such as Deutsche Telekom (DT), Vodafone, Telefónica, Verizon Communications, T-Mobile and Telenor Group. There, I was responsible for the MYCOM OSI Experience Assurance & Analytics (EAA) Cloud Platform (ECP), a SaaS and subscription-based platform that leverages big data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to enable the launch and management of 5G and enterprise services. I drove key innovations in the platform, such as unified network inventory and topology, data lake integration, and streaming-based data processing. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to define and deliver product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
