Elaine works in the Commercial Software Engineering team at Microsoft which is a global engineering organisation that works directly with customers looking to get the most out of the latest features and services via coding with them typically in a hack format. 

This includes working across a wide range of technology including bots, cognitive services, containers and machine learning with a focus on Health based customers. 

During her career she has been involved in a wide range of different roles from hands on technical through to managing large teams and has also completed 3 formal degrees. She is also proud to be a 2019/2020 Australian Superstar of STEM and a SheEO Activator.
