Do you have a disability or special need which requires you to be in accommdation beside the conference centre?

Pre-Conference tutorials will run from 09:00 to approx. 17:00 on Tuesday 24th of September. Track Sessions will run from Tuesday 25th of September - Friday 27th of September. You must present the agreed session only. Sales pitches are not acceptable as they are typically not well received by the audience. If you feel that your presentation does not comply with these terms, please let us know should you need to withdraw your speaking application. Slide decks/reference material/technical papers must be submitted to the Conference Administrator via email no later than September 7th. We reserve the right to replace any presenter who misses the specified deadlines. Speaker Registration - Speakers must register with the conference team at the registration desk at least 60 minutes before your session is due to commence. Speakers who have not registered by the requested time will be replaced at the discretion of the organisers. We will be requiring all speakers to present 1 – 2 * 60-minute sessions for standard community speaker compensation, (€800 travel expenses, 3 days hotel accommodations and 1 x 3-day conference pass). For tutorial community speakers, the compensation is €2000 per tutorial plus 4 days hotel accommodation. Any extra nights will be at the expense of the speaker.
